1.Shoulder

(1)Shoulder impiingement syndrome : x-ray상 특이소견 없는 상태이며 supraspinatus tendon insertion부위에 sclerotic change가 관찰되어 shoulder impingement syndrome의 가능성이 있을 것으로 사료됨

 

(2)Subacromial spur with SSP tendon insertion부위에 sclerotic change가 관찰되어 shoulder impingement syndrome의 가능성이 있을 것으로 사료됨

 

(3)Subacromial spur with SSP tendon insertion부위에 sclerotic change 및 subchondral bone cyst가 관찰되어 shoulder impingement syndrome의 가능성이 있을 것으로 사료됨

 

(4)Calcific tendinitis of shoulder: shoulder calcification 소견이 관찰됨 calcific tendinitis소견 가능성

 

2.Knee

(1)x-ray상 Kellgren lawrence grade 1 both 외에 특이소견 없음

(2)x-ray상 Kellgren lawrence grade 2 both 외에 특이소견 없음

(3)x-ray상 Kellgren lawrence grade 3 both 외에 특이소견 없음

(4)x-ray상 Kellgren lawrence grade 4 both 외에 특이소견 없음

 

3.Spine

(1)x-ray상 cervical spine straightening소견이 보임 or mild degree cervical kyphosis가 관찰됨

 

(2)x-ray상 loss of lordotic curvature of lumbar spine이 관찰됨 / degenerative spondylosis가 관찰되며 spondylolisthesis L4 on L5가 관찰되며 L4에 pars interarticualis에 lytic lesion인 spondylolysis가 관찰됨

 

4.기타

(1)1st MTPJ mild OA 이외에 x-ray상 특이소견 없음

(2)x-ray상 특이소견 없음, 골절 소견은 보이지 않음

(3)x-ray상 골절 소견은 보이지 않는 것으로 사료되나 clinical f/u을 요함

(4)x-ray상 degenerative spondylosis 소견이 관찰됨

(5)x-ray상 degenerative arthritic change 소견이 관찰됨 at both SI joint

(6)x-ray상 Fx. base middle pphx. 2nd finger Rt.

(7)x-ray상 bone union진행되고 있으며 callus formation소견 관찰되고 있음
